Description

Wine – Capitancelli 2011 MAGNUM – Montepulciano, Sangiovese e Cesanese, the grapes are grown and vinified without any synthetic chemical product. The must before the alcoholic fermentation is cryomacerated for 12 hours, alcoholic fermentation and maturation (24 months on the skins) in cement tanks. Wine not filtered and not clarified, any residues and CO2 are natural.
